1. General Information
Gift cards issued by Lavonne Beauty LLC may be redeemed for any available products or services offered at our studio or through our online store. By purchasing or using a Lavonne Beauty LLC gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. No Expiration or Fees
Lavonne Beauty LLC gift cards do not expire and will not incur service or inactivity fees, in accordance with Arkansas Code § 4-88-703. The card’s value remains in full until the balance is used.
3. Redemption
Gift cards may be used in-studio or online (when applicable). They can be applied toward any treatment, retail purchase, or combination of services. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
4. Delivery Options
Lavonne Beauty LLC offers two convenient ways to receive your gift card:
Digital Gift Card: Delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address.
Hard-Copy Gift Card: If you prefer to pick up a physical card in person, please select “This card is for myself” during checkout. Your hard-copy gift card will be prepared for pickup at the studio during business hours.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
Treat your gift card as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or reissued.
6. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All gift card sales are final. Cards may not be returned, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
7. Appointment Cancellations
If an appointment reserved with a gift card is canceled or missed, the standard Lavonne Beauty LLC cancellation policy applies. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the remaining balance.

9. Fraud or Misuse
Lavonne Beauty LLC reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel a gift card or related order if fraud, misuse, or other suspicious activity is suspected.
